Motve works with a network of suppliers to bring you a wide range of products, which means shipping times can vary depending on what you order.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched by our supplier within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Estimated delivery times
UK orders: typically 5-12 business days after processing
US orders: typically 7-18 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Because items ship from supplier locations rather than a single central warehouse, actual delivery times can vary by product, and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods.

Multiple items, multiple packages
If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days, as items can come from different suppliers. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs and import duties (international orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged upon arrival. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in your order total.

Delayed or lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at motveshop@outlook.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the supplier and carrier on your behalf.
