Order cancellations
Because orders are sent to our suppliers for processing quickly, we're often unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. If you need to cancel or amend an order, contact us at motveshop@outlook.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best to catch it before it's processed, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once dispatch has begun. If an order cannot be cancelled in time, our standard Return and Refund Policy will apply once it arrives.

Limitation of liability
